We are looking for experienced AZ Team Drivers to join our growing cross-border refrigerated fleet. If you and your driving partner are dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy long-haul driving, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Safely transport refrigerated freight throughout Canada and the United States
- Operate manual transmission tractor-trailers safely and efficiently
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and required documentation
- Ensure freight is delivered safely and on schedule
- Comply with all company policies and applicable Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario AZ Licence
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission tractor-trailer
- Minimum 2 years of AZ tractor-trailer driving experience (preferred)
- Previous cross-border experience is considered an asset
- Valid passport or FAST Card (or eligible to obtain one)
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Reefer experience is an asset but not required
- Long-haul Canada/U.S. routes
