Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Develop and maintain your own client relationships
- Prospect for new business and generate leads
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
- Arrange and conduct property showings
- Prepare offers, contracts, and transaction documentation
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the transaction
- Comply with all BCFSA regulations and brokerage policies
- Participate in brokerage meetings, training, and professional development
Qualifications

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
There is no guaranteed salary. Earnings are based on completed transactions, commission arrangements, and individual performance.
