- Skilled in painting metal fabricated structures
- Ability to paint with various coatings to defined specifications
- Knowledge of painting/coating equipment
Other skills are an asset:
- Apply foam/flooring epoxy, insulation
- Assist in maintenance of equipment
- Build wood crates and supports for system shipping
- Quick learner on use of new equipment and skills
- Be able to operate hand and power tools and measure accurately
- Understand and effectively perform work in accordance with drawings and plans
- Be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Willing to train and develop the right candidate
- A valid class 5 Driver's License is mandatory.
- Coating/insulation experience preferred
- Some travel may be required, up to 2 weeks out of town
