Duties
- Assist with the preparation and setup of job sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
- Support skilled tradespeople by handling tasks such as rebar installation, framing, siding, roofing, and drywall work
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements
- Perform heavy lifting and carry materials to designated areas while adhering to safety protocols
- Siding,roofing,framing,drywall, tile, epoxy masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, and cabinet installation projects
- Aid in restoration efforts, including caulking, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman tasks
- Assist with manufacturing processes related to construction components and assembly tasks
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure job environment at all times
Qualifications
- Prior construction experience or hands-on work in carpentry, woodworking, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, roofing materials, siding products, and other construction hardware is advantageous
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods; comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces if necessary
- Strong attention to detail with excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward safety

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
