We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Advisor to join our team. This role is vital in helping customers and technicians identify and look up the correct parts and accessories, ordering parts, maintaining inventory, and selling and quoting parts and services.
We welcome Parts Advisors and Parts Professionals from a variety of industries, including automotive, heavy or industrial equipment, trucking, agriculture, or mining.
The ideal candidate will have strong parts knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Experience with parts identification, inventory management, parts ordering, quoting, and working with technicians or customers is highly transferable across industries.

Duties
- Accurately identify required parts using electronic catalogs, VIN lookup, and manufacturer resources.
- Support customers and technicians by answering parts‑related inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring correct parts selection.
- Learn and perform all duties within the parts department, including inventory handling, shipping/receiving, and stock organization.
- Address warranty‑related questions, verify coverage, and assist with proper documentation and parts return procedures.
- Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all customers, maintaining a high standard of satisfaction.
- Ensure technicians and customers receive accurate, timely parts required for repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare complete and accurate written cost estimates for parts, including pricing, availability, and any required special‑order details.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset
- Automotive knowledge or experience in a parts department is preferred but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
