Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team in various environments.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
