Koala Insulation of Winnipeg is looking to hire an insulation installer.
We provide a range of insulation services including blown-in, spray foam, batt, and removals. We are in the early stages of building the business and are looking for someone reliable who wants long-term growth.
This role requires experience operating blowing machines and installing insulation to proper depths and coverage. You should be comfortable working in attics and ensuring consistent, high-quality installs.

Responsibilities
- Install blown-in insulation (fiberglass or cellulose) to required R-values
- Operate and maintain blowing machines and equipment
- Ensure proper coverage, depth, and air sealing practices
- Set up job sites including baffles, prep, and cleanup
- Maintain safe and organized work environments
- Communicate with homeowners and team members
- Assist with other insulation services when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year blown-in insulation experience preferred
- Experience with blowing machines
- Good understanding of attic insulation best practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and physical environments
- Ability to work occasional weekends
