Experienced Contents / Restoration Technicians
Action Moving & Contents is hiring experienced Contents / Restoration Technicians to join our growing team.
Positions are available with teams operating throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Fraser Valley, working from our Richmond/Vancouver and Fraser Valley branches.
We are looking for individuals with experience in contents restoration, pack-outs, inventory, moving, or similar field-based work who want the opportunity to build a long-term career.
This is more than a general labour position. For the right individuals, there is a clear pathway to develop into a Crew Lead role and run your own crew within a few months. Further opportunities are available to progress into management or Project Management positions as you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous contents or restoration experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with pack-outs, contents handling, inventory, or moving
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable taking responsibility on site
- Good communication skills and leadership potential
- Encircle experience is a major asset
- A valid driver’s licence and driving experience are particularly valuable
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- High level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork, inventories, and tag lists
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow specific instructions
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts
- Compassion, trustworthiness, and a genuine desire to help people
- A positive, can-do attitude. We work in challenging situations, and every day is different

- $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience, capability, and responsibilities
