What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for campaign setup, trafficking, tracking implementation, quality assurance, budget monitoring, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys process, precision, troubleshooting, and managing the operational side of digital advertising.

In this role, you will:
- Execute Traffic and launch digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Configure campaign settings, audience targeting, budgets, tracking parameters, and conversion actions to ensure accurate execution
- Conduct quality assurance reviews before and after campaign launches to ensure accuracy
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and spend across multiple platforms, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Generate and maintain performance reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting environments
- Support campaign optimization efforts by providing operational insights, identifying delivery issues, and recommending corrective actions

What you bring to the role
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, campaign operations, ad trafficking, marketing operations, or a related field
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms
- Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, platform pixels, and UTM governance
- Experience troubleshooting tracking and campaign delivery issues
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Google Ads Certification and experience working with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, GA4, or similar analytics platforms
