Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the capability to assemble and fabricate components according to specifications. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Job Description
- Consults customer prints in order to execute jobs and tasks to specification
- Assesses equipment, structures, materials, and job specifications for appropriate welding positions and methods
- Monitors equipment for appropriate usage and temperature
- Maintains CWB standards and specifications.
- Observe and follow RIPCO ISO Standards
- Develops working knowledge of welding specifications used for welding a variety of materials and components
- Trims metal components using heat, grinding, and plasma torches.
- Follows safety protocol, including wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
- During operations Operator will be required to maintain cleanliness of the machine and workspace

- MIG Welding Proficiency – Skilled in manual MIG welding techniques and processes.
- Blueprint Interpretation – Ability to read and understand customer prints and job specifications.
- Manual Equipment Handling – Expert in using hand-held welding tools and equipment.
- Safety Adherence – Knowledge and adherence to safety standards, including protective gear and safe work practices.
- Focus on producing high-quality welds with attention to detail and precision.
