Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager, Food & Beverage Assistant Manager
We are looking for Supervisors to join our Food & Beverage team to help direct our servers and kitchen staff and to assist with the scheduling of our food and beverage team.
- Participates in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff.
- Supervise and schedule food & beverage staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Order and maintain inventory, while controlling costs.
- Oversee food service, and act as an expeditor when necessary to ensure the timely movement of completed food orders from the kitchen to the customer.
- You can work well under pressure.
- You thrive in a busy environment.
- You have strong and clear communication skills.
- You are a supportive team member and self-motivated.
- Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed.
- Good time management skills.
- High attention to detail and consistent punctuality.
- Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings.
- Seasonal position, December through to mid-April.
- $19.50-$23.70 per hour depends on experience.
