Job Overview
Space Lighting is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their projects. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate project activities, and help deliver high-quality lighting solutions for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide professional assistance throughout the customer journey.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and customer requests are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and update customer information in internal systems.
- Assist with preparing quotations, project documentation, and service-related communications.
- Monitor project progress and provide clients with timely updates.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvements in customer service processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, account management, or a related role is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the lighting, construction, interior design, or related industries is considered an asset but is not required.
