Hotel Night Auditor – Full Time

Super 8 Calgary is hiring a full-time Night Auditor. We’re looking for someone with previous hotel experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently overnight.
Responsibilities:
- Check in/out guests and handle reservations/payments
- Respond to guest calls, requests, and concerns
- Perform nightly hotel audit and balance accounts
- Prepare daily revenue reports
- Ensure lobby/front desk cleanliness
- Resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous hotel/front desk experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
Schedule: Overnight shifts (Full-Time)
