Role Overview
- Responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing implementation of SAP solutions within the Manage Physical Assets (MPA) / Asset Management domain
- Ensures solutions meet both business and technical requirements
- Acts as a key liaison between GP Workstream Leads, business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams
- Aligns functional requirements with scalable and effective technical architectures
- Supports delivery from conceptual design through implementation
- Collaborates closely with MPA Platform Design and Delivery Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions for Asset Management / MPA domain
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution architectures
- Ensure alignment of solution design with enterprise architecture standards
- Support business process re-engineering and process optimization initiatives
- Work across multiple stakeholders in a global, multi-region environment
- Contribute to Agile delivery processes and sprint-based execution
- Guide teams through solution design, build, testing, and deployment phases
- Support change management and adoption of new solutions
- Maintain documentation of architecture, design decisions, and delivery processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Bilingual: English & French
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or Commercial disciplines
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience in solution design and delivery
- Experience as Implementation Consultant or Lead Solution Architect
- Strong functional knowledge of commodity/resources and manufacturing industries
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Design Thinking
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Proven experience in business process re-engineering and change management
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to work across multiple regions and time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured decision-making skills
