WELL Health Diagnostic Centres, previously C-health, is seeking a Manager, Administrative Services, who will be responsible for leading administrative staff and assist with managing clinic operations.

Reporting to: Regional Director
Responsibilities:
- Ensure clinic operates in accordance with the corporate objectives, policies, programs and service standards.
- Prepare employee schedules to meet referral demand and optimization of equipment utilization and ensure coverage during vacations and absences.
- Collaborate with staff to develop their professional development goals; encourage cross training.
- Order supplies and monitor usage.
- Coordinate with Human Resources to recruit, motivate, promote, transfer, or terminate staff members.
- Continually manage and improve work processes at the clinic.
- Implement procedural, administrative, and organizational changes as per corporate objectives.
- Record and document all clinic staff meeting minutes on WELL Health meeting template.
- Escalate employee concerns i.e. payroll, policy and procedure changes/adherence to Regional Director &/or HR
- Assist with CPSA Inspections, compiling data, records and employee and physician information.
- Provide leadership direction, coaching and reporting on all operational aspects at the clinic level.
- Attend any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
- 4+ years of management experience in healthcare practice.
- Current CPR certificate is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies.
- Positively influence and lead staff members, as well as physicians.
- Demonstrated effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to changing environments and clients.
- Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.

This role is for an existing vacancy. Compensation is determined based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience level, and internal equity. Candidates with significantly more experience may be considered at a higher level with adjusted compensation for certain roles.
