FITNESS EQUIPMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN
STATUS: Full-time, year- round (Monday - Friday)
PPL Fitness a 50+ year old Mississauga based company that specializes in commercial fitness equipment.
PPL is currently seeking a full-time Fitness Service Technician to join their team of professional technicians.
Applicants should have some knowledge of fitness equipment or be mechanically inclined, PPL will provide full training for the right candidate.
- Wages ranging from $23 – $27 hourly based on experience, with a possible wage increase once a year, pending a review.

Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain fitness equipment.
- Install fitness equipment in gym room.
- Respond to service calls.
- Able to diagnose issues with a variety of cardio and weight machines.
- Diagnostic, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to execute work in a timely, clean and safe manner.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in Fitness Service Industry
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract.
- Must be able to lift 50 to 70 lbs. without assistance.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
