We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Parking Attendant to join our team for Stampede. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles, and providing excellent customer service to all guests. This role requires a proactive individual who can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the parking facility.
- Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces in an efficient manner.
- Monitor the parking area to ensure safety and security of vehicles.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parking services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle entries and exits.
- Assist with any special events or peak times that require additional support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and walk considerable distances as needed.
