About You:
Reporting to the Garage Manager, the Automotive Detailer will be an integral part of the limousine business. This position requires a hands-on approach, experience in all areas of detailing a vehicle, and the ability to self direct their workload.
Responsibilities:
- Washing exteriors of various types of vehicles (shuttle buses, cars, vans etc).
- Detailing cars, limos and buses.
- Lot clean up and maintenance.
- Required to assist in pickup and delivery of vehicles all over the city and surrounding areas.
- Performance of daily duties in accordance with company policies and expectations.
- Additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence (NO GDL).
- Must provide a clean 5 years drivers abstract upon hire.
- Previous experience in a shop or wash bay environment an asset.
- Attention to detail.
- Manage and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Work Conditions:
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the mobility to easily access and move in/out of vehicles and equipment.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands or arms; occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to work in shop environment with moderate noise, odors and dust.
