About the Role:
True Talent Solutions Inc. is hiring an Order Picker on behalf of our client, a distribution company in Scarborough. The requirements and compensation structure for this role are designed to identify skilled, long-term fit candidates while reducing unnecessary turnover and repeated onboarding efforts for both parties.

Shift & Schedule:
- Night shift, Monday to Saturday
- 30-minute unpaid break included
Pay:
- $17.60/hour base pay
- Performance-based bonus available after achieving required productivity and accuracy targets
- Current experienced pickers who consistently meet targets have progressed to effective earnings of approximately $26–$32/hour including performance incentives
- Bonus eligibility is based on maintaining both speed targets and high order accuracy rates
Responsibilities:
- Pick and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Use RF scanners, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and inventory systems
- Navigate mobile applications and digital workflows
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and productivity targets on a consistent basis
- Adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 full year of experience as a Picker or Order Picker (required)
- Experience in a fast-paced technology, e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, or high-volume warehouse environment
- Comfortable using smartphones, handheld devices, and scanning equipment
- Strong experience with RF scanners, barcode scanners, and digital inventory systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet speed and accuracy targets
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Candidates residing in or near Scarborough are preferred for commute reliability
