Job: Landscaper/Hardscaper

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a lawn mowing job. Applicants must have previous landscaping experience in building Retaining Walls and interlocking driveways. Only candidates with required landscaping and hardscape experience will be contacted by our Recruiting Team. This job is NOT for basic landscapers.
We are currently hiring an experienced Landscaper/Hardscaper to join our team in Burlington for an immediate start. We're looking for someone who is skilled in both hardscape and softscape work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
- Build retaining walls and complete hardscape installations
- Install interlocking stone driveways, walkways, and patios
- Cut and Client interlocking brick with attention to detail
- Assist with planting, grading, sod installation, and general landscape maintenance
- Identify and work with a variety of plants, shrubs, and landscaping materials
- Load, unload, and move materials including stone, soil, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Support the crew with general landscaping duties as required
- Previous landscaping and hardscaping experience is required
- Strong experience with retaining walls and interlocking stone installation
- Knowledge of plants, shrubs, and basic softscape practices
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Own transportation is considered an asset
