Contract Duration: 12 Months
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Talent Development, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating enterprise-wide learning and talent development initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
You will also partner with leaders, Human Resources, subject matter experts, and external vendors to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions that build employee capability and support organizational success. The successful candidate will bring a combination of learning and development expertise, stakeholder consulting, facilitation, project management, and learning systems administration experience.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify learning and performance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with internal clients and external vendors to design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning and talent development programs using adult learning principles and best practices.

Facilitate instructor-led and virtual learning experiences, including onboarding, leadership development, and career development programs.

Administer learning programs within Workday Learning, including creating courses, programs, campaigns, learner assignments, and completion tracking.

Generate and analyze learning data and reports using Workday, Excel, and other tools to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning programs, processes, systems, and employee experiences.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Minimum five years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs in a corporate environment.

Experience consulting with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions.

Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual learning programs for diverse audiences.
-
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience partnering with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.

Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and program evaluation practices.

Experience administering a Learning Management System, preferably Workday Learning.

Strong Excel and reporting skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, and analysis.

Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting leadership development programs and employee experience initiatives.

Experience developing or managing accessible eLearning solutions using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or Evolve.

Experience working with Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.

Project management certification or formal project management training.
