Job Overview
Lighthouse Wellness Centre is hiring a Clinical Counsellor / Independent Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Brandon MB. You'll provide in-person counselling to individuals, couples, and families (ages 3+) under a cost-share model, with the flexibility to build your own caseload and practice. This is a long-term opportunity for someone ready to commit to at least one year while developing a lasting career with us.
About us
Lighthouse Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary practice where counselling, therapeutic play, psychological services, Brainspotting, and mediation come together under one roof. We work with individuals, couples, and families from age 3 up, and that range shapes how we hire and how our team supports one another.
As independent practitioners, you build and run your own practice here, with a team around you for consultation, collaboration, and support along the way.
Our work culture
We genuinely care about each other's success here, not just our own. You'll find a team that's quick to share insight across disciplines, slow to judge, and always willing to talk through a tricky case over coffee. We believe good work comes from people who feel supported, not stretched thin — so flexibility isn't a perk we mention and forget, it's how we actually operate. Whether you need to adjust your hours around family life, want a second opinion on a difficult session, or just need someone to check in with at the end of a hard week, you're not on your own. We want to see you build a practice you're proud of, in a place that feels like it's rooting for you.
