About the Role
As a Waterproofing & Foundation Lead, you'll own projects from start to finish — coordinating your crew, managing timelines and budgets, installing our industry-leading products, and delivering the kind of results that turn happy customers into loyal referrals. You'll be the face of Supreme on-site, working alongside a team that has your back every step of the way.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on waterproofing or foundation repair experience (required — this is a specialist role)
- Experience leading a crew and communicating directly with homeowners and customers
- A customer-first mindset — you define success as a client who can't stop telling their neighbours about the job you did
- Physical stamina for a demanding hands-on role, including regularly lifting and carrying 50+ lbs
- A valid, clean Ontario driver's licence
- A team-player attitude — you lead from the front, listen well, and make everyone around you better

- Pay: $35.00–$38.00 per hour

Only candidates with waterproofing or foundation experience will be considered.
Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
