About the Role
Duchess Bake Shop is looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic Operations Support Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being on the move and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play an important role in keeping our bakery running smoothly by purchasing ingredients and supplies, delivering products between our production kitchen and retail locations, and providing general operational support wherever needed.
What You'll Do
- Purchase ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies from local vendors and grocery stores.
- Transport products and supplies between our Production Kitchen and retail locations.
- Maintain organized purchasing records and receipts.
- Assist with inventory transfers and operational logistics.
- Perform bottle depot, recycling, and waste disposal runs.
- Help with general facility organization, cleaning projects, and seasonal maintenance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Support departments with miscellaneous operational tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving throughout Edmonton.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Previous experience in purchasing, delivery, logistics, warehouse, or operations is an asset.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
