Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Tender Driver to join our team for the fall. In this role you will be responsible for driving members to and from their boats in the mooring field and overseeing boathouse rentals.
Duties
- Safely operate tender boat
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips, performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation of trips, rentals and incidents
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by representing the club professionally during interactions with clients.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues immediately to ensure ongoing safety and compliance
- Assist with loading and unloading when necessary, ensuring items are handled carefully and securely
Skills
- Tender or pleasure craft driving experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination within the team and with customers
- Basic maintenance skills to identify mechanical issues early and facilitate repairs or reporting processes
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while managing time efficiently on busy schedules
Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour
