Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, executing, and documenting electrical works on a variety of projects, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project timelines, budgets, and scope. The Journeyperson Electrician will lead the team through all stages of the project—from mobilization to completion—while upholding company values and client expectations. In addition to overseeing other electricians, they will provide leadership, training, and mentoring to ensure high standards of performance and safety are met.
Duties
- Read and interpret construction drawings (architectural, electrical, mechanical, etc.) as well as other related contractual documents
- Conduct high quality work aligned with company expectations while providing quality control on all installations on the project
- Assist with site leadership to electrical employees, including Apprentice Electricians, through monitoring, intervening in the moment, providing feedback, and documenting when not adhering to Power Pros or clients’ policies, procedures, and/or safety requirements
- Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and systems
- Participate in site-related meetings including site walkthroughs, checklists, and safety meetings
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and secure
- Ensure the site is safe, and work is done according to safety requirements
Requirements
- Red Seal Construction Electrician
- Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required, to accommodate project schedules and deadlines
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Previous experience installing EV DCFC and Level 2 EV Chargers is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently

Pay: $42.00-$46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
