About The Role
A Junior Account Director is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the senior account manager by managing existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key duties include responding to client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, identifying new sales opportunities, and reporting on account performance. The role typically requires strong communication and organizational skills, a bachelor's degree in a business-related field, and an aptitude for learning company products and client needs. The Junior Account Manager will be a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will support the growth and development of existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and new business. Working closely with senior account managers and the executive leadership team, you will help execute customer growth strategies and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily:
Client Support & Communication:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing quick and effective responses to questions and concerns, and fostering strong client relationships.
Account Growth:
Work with senior managers to brainstorm strategies for growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities for clients. Leverage consumer insights to understand gaps and problems and create an “out of the box” solution or strategy.
Internal Collaboration:
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure client projects are completed efficiently and meet expectations as well as to Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.
Reporting:
Monitor client account performance, gather client feedback, and provide regular reports to management on key metrics and client satisfaction. Evaluate accounts and products to ensure maximum business potential and report back to senior leadership;
Provide management with any pertinent developments with respect to our or our competitor’s markets, products, services, people and recommendations as necessary;
Product & Service Support:
Suggest company products and services to maximize client satisfaction and help implement sales and service plans. Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and customer service to ensure timely delivery of products. Track customer orders and resolve delivery or inventory issues. Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the order lifecycle.
Client Information Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information in the company's CRM system. Gather and record information systematically regarding present and potential clients in order to provide better account metrics and market share growth; Assist with contract renewals and coordinate pricing requests.

Your Qualifications:
· Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
