Camellia Nail Bar is hiring a licensed and experienced Nail Technician to join our professional team at the Grant Park location. We are looking for technicians who take pride in their work, provide excellent customer service, and are confident in nail art.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $18.00– $23.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level
- Starting Rate:
- $18.90/hour for technicians with 3+ years of experience and a valid Manitoba license
- Tips: Cash tips paid out weekly
- Guarantee hours: 35 hours/week
- Vacation Pay: 4% added to every pay period
- Overtime & Holiday Pay: Paid in accordance with Manitoba Employment Standards
Requirements
- Valid Manitoba Nail Technician license
- Relevant professional experience
- Must be able to perform nail art (basic to advanced)
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Professional attitude and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality manicure and pedicure services
- Perform gel, shellac, extensions, and nail enhancements
- Create and execute nail art designs based on client requests
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation
- Follow salon hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Provide professional consultations and recommend services or aftercare
- Deliver a welcoming and positive experience to every client
