Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster a welcoming environment.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handle cashing out customers, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and regulations.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and other essentials, demonstrating effective time management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders efficiently, supporting overall restaurant operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the food industry, demonstrating familiarity with drink recipes and customer service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and cash handling accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during busy hours.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel valued.
- Understanding of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, change handling, and inventory management.
- Previous restaurant experience that highlights your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $19.60-$25.00 per hour
