Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
-Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
-Lead and manage kitchen and front-of-house teams, offering guidance and support.
-Manage financial tasks, including cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
-Conduct interviews, hire and train new staff members.
-Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
-Uphold high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
-Manage staff scheduling and oversee reservations.
Qualifications:
Required:
-Proven experience in restaurant management.
-Smart Serve certification.
-Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
-Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
Preferred:
-Experience in kitchen operations and bartending.
-Proficiency in cash handling and financial management.
-Experience in recruitment and training.

- Restaurant management: 4 years (preferred)
