Kostklip® Manufacturing is hiring for its Permanent, Full-time Quality Control and Quality Assurance Associate position.

Job Summary
Reporting to Production Manager, the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for the organization and performance of quality control checks on parts produced in our manufacturing facility as well as raw material and parts received from vendors as per the company's Quality Polices and Procedures. Additionally, the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for the policies, procedures, and measurement of quality related performance as a whole.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to the quality control of finished and unfinished goods and materials
- Routine quality control checks for finished goods and raw materials
- Record quality control checks and logs, and ensure compliance to QC procedures
- Organizing and handling of goods for the purpose of conducting QC checks
- Provide input for improving quality procedures and systems
- Report on QC outcomes, metrics, and goals
- Routine calibration and record keeping of all instruments
- Work with Production and Operations to assist in the implementation and compliance of the QMS
- Ensure a high standard of housekeeping/cleanliness in designated stores areas
- Provide management with ideas and suggestions leading to continuous improvements
Qualifications:
- High school graduation certificate or Adult GED
- 1+ years of QC or warehouse or manufacturing experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of sample inspection, caliper usage and problem analysis
- Computer proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks is an asset
- Willingness to learn.

- Frequent lifting and moving of packages/boxes up to 25 lbs. unaided.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
