Position Overview
The Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of Chicken Little. This role is responsible for ensuring quality products, efficient operations, and exceptional customer experiences. The Supervisor plays a key leadership role, guiding team members in providing outstanding service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and performance.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality product preparation
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and cleanliness in line with company standards
- Train and support front-line staff to maintain high service and quality standards
- Maintain and monitor equipment, ensuring functionality and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Oversee cash handling and POS operations with accuracy
- Support Restaurant Manager and Operations Support Manager with scheduling, reporting, and team performance management
Qualifications & Essential Skills
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety and workplace health regulations
- Comfort with basic administrative tasks
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years in a direct or indirect supervisory role in food service or hospitality
- Experience in a quick-service or dessert-focused environment considered an asset
Work Schedule
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday
- Shifts may vary between mornings and 9:00pm, including weekends
Working Environment
- Fast-paced, customer-facing environment within a team-based service setting
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Includes outdoor exposure to elements such as sun, heat, and rain due to walk-up service model
Compensation
Starting at $18.25 per hour + tips, with opportunities for wage increases through our Step Progression Wage System, where pay advancement is tied to performance, skill development, and service excellence.
