- Appointment-scheduling: Manage Calendars, rebooking, cancellations, and reminders.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records.
- Multi-Tasking: Taking calls, walk-ins, paperwork, and support staff simultaneously.
- Attention to detail: scheduling and patient data entry and insurance billing, modality technician
3. Technical & Office Software Skills
- Practice Management Software: Familiarity with ATLAS chiropractic software is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office (especially word/excel)
- Phone System Operation: Handling multi-line phone systems efficiently

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
