PVC Pipe Installer & Mini Excavator Operator
One of Vancouver Island's busiest and most reputable drainage companies is looking for a skilled PVC Pipe Installer & Mini Excavator Operator to join our growing team.
This position has the potential to advance into a Crew Lead role for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing PVC drainage systems to a high standard
- Operating a mini excavator safely and efficiently
- Reading site conditions and solving problems as they arise
- Following directions while working independently when needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized worksite
- Working closely with a small, hardworking crew to complete projects on time
What We're Looking For
- Experience installing PVC drainage systems or other pipework
- Experience operating a mini excavator
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to think on your feet and execute tasks efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Schedule
- Summer: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Winter: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
