Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and proactive handyman to help maintain a residential complex, including common areas and amenities such as a lagoon, swimming pool, gym, and surrounding facilities.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling general maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and upkeep to ensure the property remains safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance around buildings and properties
- Perform basic plumbing repairs
- Carry out minor electrical task such as replacing light fixtures
- Repair drywall, walls and ceilings
- Paint walls, doors, trim, and other surfaces
- Inspect properties to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work within scheduled deadlines
- Keep work areas clean and dispose of debris properly
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Communicate with property owners, tenants, concierge and managers about repairs and maintenance needs
- Keep records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance issues
