Northland Kia is looking for an organized, motivated, and creative Internet Sales & Social Media Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute incoming internet leads.
- Monitor lead response, follow-up, and CRM activity.
- Hold sales staff accountable for working their leads.
- Follow up on missed and aged leads and help generate appointments.
- Create engaging Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and video content.
- Photograph and video vehicles, deliveries, promotions, and dealership events.
- Promote dealership inventory, specials, and events online.
Qualifications:
- Organized, self-motivated, and sales-focused.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Creative and comfortable creating video/social content.
- CRM and automotive sales/BDC experience is an asset.
Compensation: $3,500–$5,000+ per month based on experience and performance.
