A globally recognized luxury hospitality organization in Inverness, NS is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and Vice President, Americas. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an organized, professional, and ambitious individual who wants more than a traditional administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and changing executive calendar, including meetings, priorities, deadlines, and scheduling needs.
- Coordinate executive travel, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, meetings, visits, conferences, and special events.
- Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation.
- Serve as a key coordination point between resort departments, leadership teams, corporate office contacts, and external partners.
- Manage expenses, assist with reporting processes, and support confidential administrative workflows.
- Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, process improvements, and communication efforts across the organization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000 to $60,000 per year.
