Responsibilities:
- Arrange merchandise in an organized and visually appealing manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock availability
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new merchandising opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment
