Duties
- Assist in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various industrial and construction sites
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate wiring and system setup
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks
- Work with low voltage systems, including control wiring and communication networks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- Support senior electricians in conducting inspections, testing circuits, and verifying system functionality
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspection results for project documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial electrician work or related electrical experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and blueprint reading skills
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and low voltage wiring techniques
- Construction experience is a plus for understanding job site safety and project workflows
- Ability to read technical diagrams accurately and follow detailed instructions
- Strong commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
- For Apprentices: willingness to learn on the job with guidance from experienced professionals; for Journey Persons: proven track record of completing electrical projects efficiently
