The Landscape Labourer is responsible for performing manual duties to maintain well cared for and attractive landscaped areas for residential and commercial properties. The hourly rate for the labourer position is based on your landscape experience and driving experience. Candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of landscape experience and can demonstrate leadership skills will be considered for the role of a crew leader. Hourly rate/Salary will be negotiable.

Job Duties:
- Aid in the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers in the AM and PM
- Cut grass, trim edges, clean up refuse, blow trimmings, and perform other lawn care duties as directed by foreman
- Move and install soil, mulch and plant material to assist with the construction of landscape gardens and related areas
- Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, zero turn mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Assist foreman in other work-related duties including construction projects, shop and yard maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
- Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
