Responsibilities are but not limited to the following
- Provide attentive, loving care to pets staying at the hotel, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring their well-being
- Assist with daily pet activities such as playtime, walks, and socialization to promote happiness and health
- Maintain cleanliness of kennels, play areas, and common spaces to ensure a hygienic environment for all animals
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while communicating clearly with pet owners about their pets’ needs
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving pet supplies, bedding, and equipment safely and effectively
- Respond promptly to any pet emergencies or behavioral issues by following established protocols
- Multi Tasking all day to ensure the schedule runs smoothly
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate compassionately with pet owners and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling supplies or assisting with pets’ movement
- Ability to work under pressure and in very high paced environment
- Passion for animals with a genuine desire to provide excellent care in a lively environment
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, safety protocols, and accurate record keeping
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Please ensure you have your own reliable transportation. You must be available all days of the week from 8am to 5pm including weekends, holidays and Christmas Day. These are not negotiable.
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
