Siding & Aluminum Installer

Pay: $23–$37 per hour, based on experience and ability
Job Type: Full-time
30-60 Hours (Saturdays when required)
Work Area: Barrie and surrounding communities
Northern Siding & Exteriors Inc. is looking for dependable siding and aluminum installers to join our growing team. We are seeking positive, coachable individuals who take pride in their work, work safely, and contribute well within a team environment.
Responsibilities
● Install vinyl, Hardie, wood, PVC, and steel siding
● Install aluminum soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and downspouts
● Complete exterior trims, flashings, and finishing details
● Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, roofs, and elevated work areas
● Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
● Follow installation standards and direction from the crew lead
● Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Requirements
● Two to five years of siding or exterior installation experience preferred
● Reliable personal transportation to job sites
● Own basic hand tools and tool belt
● Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic
● Coachable and willing to learn
● Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
● Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
● Experience with multiple siding and aluminum systems is a strong asset
Experience with every listed material is not required. Compensation will reflect your experience, independence, workmanship, and overall production ability.
