MONDAY & TUESDAY 4PM - 9PM / 8PM - 4AM
WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY 4PM - 9PM
FRIDAY & SATURDAY 4PM - 9PM / 8PM - 4AM
SUNDAY 11AM -5PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients according to established recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas to perfection using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
- Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and kitchen operations
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making and general kitchen operations
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required; a passion for culinary arts is essential
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
