Job Description
Craft Deck and Fence Ottawa is looking for an outgoing and confident Local Customer Outreach Representative to help increase awareness of our deck and fence contracting services throughout Ottawa.
This is a simple, flexible position built for someone who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable starting friendly conversations. You’ll visit busy public areas around Ottawa, introduce people to Craft Deck and Fence Ottawa, briefly explain our services, and help generate interest in the company.
There are no fixed shifts. You can choose when you work, making this a great opportunity to fit around school, another job, or other commitments.
What You’ll Do
- Visit public areas throughout Ottawa and speak with potential customers.
- Introduce Craft Deck and Fence Ottawa and our fencing and decking services.
- Have short, friendly, professional conversations with members of the public.
- Help build local awareness and interest in the company.
- Encourage genuine customers to share honest feedback about their experience with the company.
- Represent Craft Deck and Fence Ottawa in a positive and professional manner.
Who We’re Looking For
No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Your ability to comfortably approach and communicate with people will be the biggest factor in your success.
You should be friendly, confident, reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable approaching new people. Strong communication and people skills are especially valuable.
