Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as per standard recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling practices are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with health regulations
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts smoothly
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
