Job Responsibilities
- Assemble light fixtures and lighting components
- Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment
- Follow production instructions and quality standards
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
- Travel for installation sites
Requirements
- Good with hands and comfortable working with small parts
- Ability to assemble products accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to lift light to moderate weight when required
- Previous production or assembly experience is an asset, but not required
