CMMC (o/a RidgeView Resort) is expanding its Property Management and Construction Services division to meet growing demand for high quality landscape, hardscape, and construction projects throughout the Columbia Valley. We are seeking an experienced, hands on Landscape & Construction lead to support projects from concept to completion alongside a growing team of skilled and entry level staff.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working independently, leading crews, operating equipment, and taking pride in delivering exceptional finished projects in keeping with the strong reputation of RidgeView Resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute landscape and hardscape construction projects
- Lead teams through projects including:
- Retaining walls (stone/wood/concrete)
- Paving stone installations
- Deck construction
- Site grading and preparation
- Irrigation systems
- Fencing and outdoor structures
- Interior construction and maintenance projects including:
- Framing
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Painting and finishing
- General carpentry
- Property repairs and maintenance
- Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, and related machinery
- Read plans and layouts, estimate material requirements, and coordinate project execution
- Lead and mentor junior staff and seasonal workers
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work vehicles
- Coordinate with property owners, suppliers, and management as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant landscape, hardscape, or construction experience
- Demonstrated experience constructing retaining walls, paving stone projects, decks, and related outdoor improvements
- Strong carpentry and general construction skills
- Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, and other construction equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Crew supervision experience
- Strong problem solving and project management abilities
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Equipment operator certifications
- Experience with project estimating and material procurement
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- First Aid certification
- Experience in resort, property management, or commercial maintenance environments

Compensation:
- $25-$30/hr
