Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef/Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food handlers, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food production
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to recipes and standards
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols
- Develop menu items in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating innovative dishes that meet customer preferences and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment
- Train new team members on food preparation techniques, service standards, and safety procedures
- Monitor customer feedback to improve service quality and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving experiences for guests

Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
