This Casual Social Worker II position will provide important relief coverage to multiple inpatient units at Alberta Hospital Edmonton. You will provide client focused, recovery-oriented care to adults experiencing mental health and addiction issues. You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team and your services may include psychosocial assessment, resource-based interventions, risk screening, case management and coordination, transition or discharge planning, and prevention, promotion and public awareness activities.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Experience working in Addiction and Mental Health inpatient programs. Knowledge of Recovery Oriented Care, Trauma Informed Care and Harm Reduction Principles.
