Job Description
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Leduc, AB.

Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service

Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales

Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals

Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy.
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:

3-5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role

Previous roles in a B2B industry

Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge an asset

Excellent communication and organization skills

Strong technical skills
